Brilliant Dominic - Having read this yesterday & thinking about what you presented it did align with my feeling that I was doing well in the 90s but feeling that ever since 2005 I have not progressed but gone backwards despite payrises and promotions etc. Pity my children like everyone else of their generation but the lesson is that it is never too late to invest in gold. I would love to see the house price analysis for Staffordshire (the current reality) and Dorset (the retirement dream) 😊

Makes me feel better having sold a house in Hammersmith in 1996 and realising that I could now buy it back and next doors flat as well - had I invested in gold !( I bought 30 acres of farmland , which was a good call too .)Can you please do the rest of the Uk!!!?
