After two horrible and dilutive fundraises last year, I said I was done with Comstock Inc (NYSE: LODE), taking advantage of any rally to reduce my position and moving on.

But readers keep asking about it, and this week Comstock announced the sale of its legacy Nevada mining assets for a package worth more than $45 million to Mackay Gold and Silver (MACK.V).

So what do I think, what am I doing and what happens to Comstock?
