That was fun. Not very panglossian, but in all aspects correct IF you believe that we have not already passed the high-tide mark of globalism and “one world government”, which imvho, we have. Coordinating tax policies or any other policies in a world of sharply diverging spheres of regional and national interest and teetering towards a cataclismic sovereign debt crisis (which we have admittedly been sleepwalking towards for decades) will be hellishly difficult and it is naive to believe that tax havens will not always be tolerated or indeed encouraged.
