Good Sunday to you,
A couple of interviews to share this week, both talking about the precious.
First, on Dutch channel Reinvent Money. (Host Paul Buitink is a bit of a legend by the way in the “alternative money” scene. Our paths first crossed in 2013, when he produced the Goldmoney podcast, which I used to host. Love that guy.)
Then last week I was in Serbia playing my libertarian songs at an anarchy conference in Liberland, as you do.
The Free Republic of Liberland, in case you are not familiar, is an island in the River Danube between Croatia and Serbia.
Here is your author looking fetching in his swimming trunks with Liberland in the background.
We couldn’t actually get to Liberland because the Croatian police wouldn’t let us land from our boat. So we swam in the waters nearby instead.
Gosh, the Danube is beautiful.
So conference was held up the road, and, as the sun went down, I entertained the freedom fighters with my anarcho-capitalist repertoire. Singing (the vastly underrated) Show Me The Way to Ancapistan to the citizens of Liberland is a memory I will always treasure.
Here are those dastardly Croatian police who would not let us in. (Those stick insects on the beach in the background by the way are settlers. Once of them is waving the Liberland flag.)
The police need to give their boat a good clean.
I should really do a full post about my trip to Serbia by the way. I just loved it. But in the meantime here is an interview I conducted while I was there with Tim Allen of the Free Cities Foundation. Another dude.
Britain On Sale
In other news, you might find this useful.
I have turned my Britain On Sale series of seven undervalued companies that could be taken out during the current takeover frenzy into a downloadable PDF report.
Here it is (paying subscribers only).
And, finally, here is this week’s article in case you missed it:
Thanks for reading the Flying Frisby.
Have a lovely Sunday.
Until next time,
Dominic
If you live in a third world country such as the UK, I urge you to own gold or silver. The pound will be further devalued, as will the euro and dollar. The bullion dealer I use and recommend is The Pure Gold Company. They deliver to the UK, the US, Canada and Europe. More here.
The Secret History of Gold is getting rave reviews and is available around the world at all good bookshops. The audiobook is especially popular.
And the paperback has just come out in the UK.

Is it possible to own a piece of Liberland? Might be interested.
