Thank you for this article and congrats! I'm on this journey myself and have come to the conclusion that weight loss should actually just be lifestyle change. I'm nowhere near where you are but building sustainable habits rather than trying to rush to my goal.

Fasting has been a game changer along with reducing carbs. For close to 2 years now I've eaten only two meals a day with the odd exception.

We've not used seed oils for close to a year. We stick to coconut oil, butter and olive oil. It's also amazing how much cutting down on eating out has an impact on weight loss.

Next step: Dead Hangs.
